We are excited that you want to join us and/or renew your membership! This questionnaire will get some basic information from you and walk you through our guidelines and policies. The form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete for new members and approximately 2-5 minutes for renewing members.

Memberships are offered on a renewable semester basis and approved at the beginning of the semester during the Fall and Spring semesters. The Spring 2025 deadline is January 24, 2025.

If you have an urgent membership request after the deadline, please complete the application and then contact the lab director (akvbroek@txstate.edu) to request a late approval. You application will be reviewed by the lab director and you will be notified via email when your membership has been approved.
